Frequently asked questions

How do I place a standing order?
  1. If you don't have an account on the ROST roastery's online store, start by creating one. Creating an account is not mandatory, but it makes it easier to manage your order.
  2. On the product card for the coffee you want, check the box "Standing order" and add the product to the shopping cart.
  3. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You will still see the order summary and terms of the recurring subscription at checkout.
How can I track or cancel my order?
  1. Log in to your account and click “Manage Subscriptions” . If you haven’t created an account, you can also find the management link in your order confirmation email.
  2. Select the order you want to edit.
  3. Select the ordered product at the top, scroll down the page and click either:
  • “Cancel next order” cancels your next order,
  • "Reschedule" to move the next delivery date,
  • or “Cancel Subscription” to cancel your subscription.
How do I add products to my recurring subscription?

Our standing order customers receive a permanent 10% discount on one-time purchases added to their standing order - with the same shipping costs. To receive the discount, you must add the products you want from your own customer pages. Unfortunately, products added from the online store pages will not be combined with your standing order.

  1. Log in to your customer account. The link to manage your standing orders can be found on the login page and in the order message.
  2. At the bottom of your customer page, below your recurring subscription, you will see our products. Select "show all".
  3. Add the product you want and select "add to order"
  4. You can remove a one-time purchase from an order on the home page of your customer pages.
How do I pause and change the date of my next order?
  1. Log in to your account and select "Manage Subscription " . If you haven't created an account, you can also find the management link in your order confirmation email .
  2. Select the order whose date you want to change.
  3. Click on “Subscription date” , select the desired date and save your selection by clicking on the “Update next subscription” button.
