
TASTE DESCRIPTION: GENTLE, FRUITY, TOFFEE
Our Honduran Single Origin coffee comes from the Olancho region and has a mild toffee and fruity flavour. Despite the light roast, the coffee is also great with milk, bringing out the sweetness of peanut butter, complemented by a firm, creamy mouthfeel. The coffee is Fair Trade and organic certified.
COCAOL farmers' cooperative was founded in 1968 and currently has 83 members, 23 of whom are women. The cooperative supports women's participation in coffee farming, youth education, and community well-being and security. Taking into account the biodiversity, coffee has grown and developed under shade trees.
