Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
PayPal is the only accepted payment method at the moment.
Q: What countries do we ship to?
We ship globally, but shipping rates will vary by country. All of our coffees are being shiped directly out of our roastery in Helsinki, Finland.
Q: Does it cost extra to impliment the Zero-Waste concept?
Implimenting our Zero-Waste concept requires no additional costs but can only be ordered by our office and HoReCa customers. All you need to do is mention Zero-Waste when ordering with our sales team and you'll get your coffee delivered in food safe, reusable barrels, saving plenty of pakcaging waste.
Q: How do I order with Zero-Waste?
Zero-waste can be implimented simply by ordering as you usually would and mentioning that you want your delivery 'Zero-Waste'. If you are an office building, restaurant, hotel, or cafe in the Helsinki area, get in touch with our sales team and place your order: 09 260 0221 / email@example.com.
Q: Can we visit the roastery?
